This website is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform intended for professional buyers, distributors, and retailers. We specialize in the supply of Bamboo Cat Litter and related bamboo and pet supplies, as well as other eco-friendly products.
  

2. Quotations and Inquiries
All prices provided via email or messaging are based on specific requirements (quantity, packaging, and incoterms) and are typically valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in raw material, shipping costs and exchange rate.
We reserve the right to decline an inquiry if the requirements do not align with our production capabilities.
  

3. Sample Policy
We encourage customers to test our quality before placing bulk orders.
Samples: Small samples of our bamboo cat litter are usually free of charge.
Shipping Cost: International courier fees (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples are to be covered by the buyer. This cost can often be deducted from your first official bulk order.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To maintain production efficiency and sustainable pricing, we have established MOQs for different product lines. Specific MOQ details will be provided during the quotation process. We do offer flexibility for first-time "trial orders" to support growing brands.

5. Payment and Lead Time
Payment: Standard terms are typically 50% T/T deposit in advance, with the 50% balance paid before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L), unless otherwise negotiated.
Lead Time: Production lead times vary by order size and customization needs, usually ranging from 15 to 30 days after deposit confirmation.

6. Quality Assurance and Claims
We stand behind the quality of our products. All goods undergo inspection before dispatch.
In the event of quality discrepancies, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the goods with photographic or video evidence. We will work diligently to provide a fair solution, including replacements or credits.

All content on this website, including the "KeyBamboo" branding, product descriptions, and original imagery, is the property of KeyBamboo. Unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
